Heh...sorry. I was being (not so) clever. Is this any better?   Short if it is, we're buying the thing in that picture...we close in 15 days. (Sigh...why can't I just say, "That's the one.", zap the bar-code with a scanner-thingy, and hand 'em my credit card?) I can't wait...(I hate this part)...figured I'd tease you guys a bit... Good luck Daniel I hope it all works out like you want Not really planning on a flip...but we could for what we ar paying for the place. I paid more for my wife's last car. We're planning on turning the downstairs into a coffee shop/bookstore/internet cafe. Sandwiches/desserts/homemade ice-cream. Also and very important...the world-wide headquarters for Stormrider Press. |
