another scam

i have received a text message, and my wife received a text on her work phone(WITH HER BOSSES NAME ON IT)
saying our account with the "vantage" credit union had been frozen, please call this 800 number.

wife's boss said a number of other employees had received the same text.

only problem is, we don't have am account with Vantage.

their getting clever, watch out.

I have had two messages from the same crooks.

There is one floating around Florida, you get a phone call from the clerk of the circuit court, saying you did not
appear for jury duty. They offer to let you pay the fine over the phone, if you do they have your credit card info.
you can guess the rest of what happens.

I've never received any legitimate communication from any business interest through a text on my cellphone. .

I don't even know how to text.
