Smoked over chunked hickory for a couple hours...or until all chunks were burned up.
Next came a homemade concoction of Frank's RedHot sauce mixed with orange marmalade....
Occasionally spritzed with apple juice while slow roasting.......

LOL....not hardly Rob !!!
Laurel likes the caramelized orange marmalade, and I like something with a good kick to it....
I have used Frank's RedHot before and cut it with some butter, to smooth out the vinegar in it.
After a couple double IPAs it's hard to say what ideas I will conjure up !!!!!
