Took a ride with my Brother today to Stone Cow Brewery in Barre, MA. I met him at his house in Spencer. It's a relative quick ride from Spencer. Beautiful day for it.

Nice place. Hard packed dirt or grass parking. Nice big barn that houses the Brewery, with seating outside and in the barn. Great views of Wachusett Mountain from the deck at the back of the barn. The BBQ hut, pictured below, is separate from the barn. Smoked ribs (full rack only), pulled pork, smoked chicken and burgers and dogs. No brisket. I didn't want a full rack of ribs so I had a hamburger. The Brewery states it's local grass feed beef, so the price is high. $16.50 for a 1/3 pound cheeseburger with two sides. I had beans and coleslaw, good portions, that were delicious. Full rack of ribs, $23 with 2 sides. My brother got the ribs, but couldn't finish them. I helped.  Wink  They were good.

A nice place to stop whether in the car or on the bike on a beautiful Fall day. This has been a fantastic September for weekend riding!

 Cool
