I arrived home safely at about 4:30 today.  You could feel Eric's presence at the ride, and it was great to get to extend my condolences to his family.Sorry I missed the stories and lie telling Saturday night.  I was told this may be an annual event.  A fitting way to remember the little guy.  RIP Eric!

Likewise.  As hard as it is to lose a member, getting together and remembering/celebrating the good times we all had together, IMHO, makes the loss a little easier to bear.  I hope Shawnee can recover from her loss quickly, I know it will never be the same for her.  But, the idea of a yearly memorial ride is a good one.  The problem is, if things keep going the way they are, we'll be having memorial rides everyday.  Allyinzall be safe and take care of yourselves.

It was good seeing you in West VA Joe.  I too hope we can all get together annually and remember the "Big Kid". He was definitely a 'honey'.

As it should be.  Glad you're home safe to deal with your escape artist.

Good to see you as well Gary, glad you're home safely.

I couldn't agree more, Charlie.  I finally got a response from my Eric, He knows of those guys, but has not met them.

Good to see you as well Henry, next time we should coordinate the trip better an share the ride.  I got wet from Chippewa, Pa (put on rain gear) to Akron (sunny, took off raingear), then just west of Akron I hit light rain again, rode on the edge of the rain and didn't bother gearing up again.  No more rain after getting on 224.  1600 + miles.
