Police hauled her out of school in handcuffs, arrested her and charged the child with a felony for threatening. does not surprise me in today's world where no one values others lives nor theirs much anymore simple pull of the trigger thinking no consequences come afterwards...
I think we should bring back the death penalty in all 50 states of hanging in public street to those who do such evil acts of ACTIVE shooter scenarios so the public sees what happens to you if you do such EVIL acts. Maybe that will help STOP this madness?
Back 20+ years ago if someone in high school in our small midwest towns got into a fight while on school grounds on school time, it was a slap on the wrist or detention at best. Schools have though got tougher with NO fighting AT ALL ZERO tolerance if do that, you get suspended and potentially kicked out of school.
My daughter I remember 10 years or so ago in 5th grade had a not so mentally competent girl in her class that we knew and her parents and whole family downtown area lived which they both grew up together playing, etc. and she OUT OF THE BLUE got upset standing in line unfortunately my daughter in front of her in a lineup and that other girl lost it for no reason whatsoever and punched as hard as she could my daughter in the ribs and she was bruised in the tummy area for a few weeks. That girl then was restrained from 3 teachers since she had a mental breakdown kicking and biting and swearing at the 3 teachers taking all 3 of them to restrain her dragging her out of the class. Principal called me at work and took off we had a parent mtg with her saying that girl will be suspended for 3 days from school (as she should mentally unstable) and got Green county police involved as well. Basically, the girl never did it again for if she did the school promised us that she would be kicked out of school permanently.

some 15 years back my son wrote a fairly innocent story that was blown out of proportion in the 3-4 grade--he was like 10 with a good imagination--he in the story jumped in and SAVED the kids-the school administration was appalled!!??...and of course the ex jumped in w/both feet...unreal me being a local physician...got his Eagle Scout, a Physics degree and joined the Army a year or two back--we had a local range that had everything back then.. so I feel sorry for the bad guys down range  |
