Need a Valk Mechanic in South Florida

Let my 1999 Valkyrie sit too long and she can't maintain an idle. Starts fine with the choke fully engaged but stalls when at idle. I drained the carbs, put in about 2.5 gallons of ethanol-free fuel and a full can of Seafoam and then Berryman B-12 (sat for a day). Took it out this morning and rode it around my area hovering at 2k RPM. Still no joy, still stalls when stopped.
May need a competent Valkyrie mechanic in my area (Boynton Beach), if the B-12 doesn't clear the low-speed jets.
Appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks

hmmm, hadn't thought of that... don't have access to my service manual... would you know the location of the idle screw? and do I need a special tool?
Thank you

Sorry, just got back to this. If I was to guess, I’d say some of your slow jets might be slightly clogged. Maybe run some different cleaners thru it. Techron, etc.

I don’t have a mechanic to refer. Wish I did.
So far just changing my own oil, or I ride to Rick Case.
Let’s ride! I am in Boynton Greenacres area.
