Partition, now that's funny! How are you feeling Karen? Kathy asks all the time and I'm the idiot that keeps forgetting to ask you.

What?
How are you and Laura doing? Kathy and I may be taking a ride to Port Jefferson to pick up an authentic roll top desk between now and the first of the year. Would love to do an overnight at the ranch. Maybe some grog and old war stories to scare Kathy.

Doing well, ribs healed, hoping both of you are also in great shape. Leaving Monday to visit Shorty and Dianne over Thanksgiving, they absolutely need another turkey in the house...

Tractor had been on the disabled list for almost a week....
Got water in the fuel tank, and had to drain fuel filter bowl....
Then needed to bleed the line to the injectors, and thats when I
slipped and broke the bleed screw. Called dealer and had one shipped here...
Back up and running as of Thursday late afternoon...
Haven't been running around much down back this month, not wanting to spook
any venison critters !!!

November has been a challenging month my friend.  About 50 days ago Laura had a biopsy on her nose that came back positive for skin cancer.  On the 14th of November she underwent MOHS surgery for removal and they had to go back three times to get everything.  The wound wound up being the size of a quarter and the depth of a nickel.  While they got right down to cartilage they didn't have to remove any.  On the 15th she underwent reconstructive surgery and they had to take a sizable graft from the side of her neck to do the repair.  They sew a "bolster" on the nose to keep pressure on the graft which helps prevent fluid buildup and delamination.  Thursday we were back to the surgeon for bolster removal and removal of the large stitches.  All looks good so now she just needs several months to heal and see how tissue volume builds back in.  With the bolster off she no longer looks like Jimmy Durante!   angel

Let us know what your travel days look like and we'll try to make it happen.  December gets tough for both of us with end of year

Skin cancer ain't something to be taken lightly....
I have been scraped, cut, and scooped out more times than I can count for that stuff.
Hope all goes well and Monkey is up and at'em with all the piss and vinegar she can muster.

Jesus Chris. Tell Laura I'm sorry she's dealing with all that. All I can say is modern medicine is incredible. Kathy's living proof of that.
Hopefully this is all she has to deal with.
I figured now til April is tough for you. Then fishing sstarts again. Would still like to sit and have a drink.

Glad she caught that skin crap in time.  As Terry said, that is some bad stuff.  You guys need a break.  We are wishing you and everyone else a VERRY HAPPY Thanksgiving!
