Finally got my rake kit in and installed. Had machine shop out of Illinois build it. They have been in business for 25 year. Real nice to deal with. They suggested a 5 degree for my set up with no fork extenders. I have just rebuilt both of mine and installed the springs for a 1800 Goldwing which raised the travel to around 1 to 1 1/4 from stock height. With the new rake I sat level with no drop in the front end. Took it far a short ride and can really tell the difference. Wanted to ride more but rain and wet roads. Seems to ride better also. Will have to give it a big  cooldude

Excellent!  I’m looking forward to seeing it.   That will happen eventually.   Have been somewhat overwhelmed with the home renovation and addition.

Really enjoying the Valkyrie trike more than I thought. I've had a couple of Spyders, but like the Valkyrie way better. Easier to do maintenance on and must I say so dependable. I've also had for a few months a Goldwing 1500 trike. I'm getting to not miss 2 wheels as time passes. But if you ever trike be sure and put a rake kit on it.

Great looking Trike. I’ve ridden my wife’s Valkyrie Trikes with no rake, 6 degree rake, and 8 degree rake. With no rake it is a workout in the mountains. For Trish she likes the 8 degree rake on her 2000 Interstate. She can ride for hours in the mountains without hurting her arms and shoulders. I’ve not ridden one with the setup you have installed.  5 degree rake “easy steer” is what most of the GL 1800 Trikes I’ve seen have installed by the builders.

I haven't seen a rake kit specifically for a motorcycle, put you have a trailer hitch so you could make this work, right?

Apparently, you can get an irrigation kit for the right bike:

David,

I'm enjoying this thread! Nice looking scoot you have... Looking forward to seeing it in person before our dreaded summer returns... We'll keep an eye out for you and Cool Breeze at a future chicken run...
