No problemo.  About 14 miles one way.  Some residual smoke from the oil in the exhaust when parked. No flames or extinguisher needed!  George running like a top.  Hesitation all gone after installing Dyna3000.  Boost gauge working great - didn't know boost only shows up when you accelerate, thought I might see intake manifold pressure drop when throttle opened.  The retard indicator LED indicates retard happens right at 4# on the gauge so the latter and the Hobbs pressure switch are in agreement, no calibration needed.  And the relay to ground with diode protecting against 12v backfeed into the D3000 5v ground/retard wire working as planned.  This DOESN'T jive with my programming days, when every design and code segment needed some alpha/beta testing with debugging.  Am I getting smarter or are these projects getting simpler?

On Hwy 83, return, I was watching a harley approach from the rear and pass with a big head of steam.  I was somewhat tempted to clean his clock but he ran the red light at the Pinery which caught me.  Crap!  Woulda been fun for me.  I'm thinkin by now he probably knows better than to run a Valk.  Never mind a blown Valk bobber!  Woulda been like a cat playing with a mouse.  Not to mention I'm down 60# - how many horses is that worth?
