This reminds me of T'giving some 10-12 years ago at my daughter's place when they lived in Mobile. When my daughter, Toni, set the turkey out on the counter prior to getting it ready for cooking, I took the neck and stuck it between the legs of the bird. All my girls were there for the feast and having those four under one roof and seeing something like that....just let your collective minds go wild cuz you won't be far off. It's a long story, but my #2 gal told her 17 yr. old son she can make great gravy out of that piece. Later when all were seated, her son loaded his plate with mashed taters and his mom started to put some gravy on his taters. He nearly broke her arm trying to prevent it, his sisters finally informed him what it was but he still didn't buy it until I filled him in. He has yet to live it down....mainly because I won't let him.
