Low temp that is.  25 degrees when I left the house and dropped to 22 degrees for a few miles.  350 miles.  I had a great day.  Thank you Tom and Ron for leading.  Glad Darrel brought a Valkyrie, that made it an official Valkyrie Ride.  It was good to see all of you.

Thanks Big Tom for putting on the ride and leading the 1st half. Weather was great with clear skies and temps between 46 and 60.  It was a great ride today and I had a good time sharing the wind with old friends. In attendance was Big Tom, George, John, Glenn, Sandy, Darrell, and myself.

Connie you should know that I didn’t have to use that broom not even once today. Roads were clear of all debris and we able to run Vulture mine road at speed. (That was fun). Hope Michael and you are getting over that creeping crud.

Looking forward to more rides in 2020. Be safe everyone.

Yup; That's Darrel's 97 which he converted to a tourer. He found all the leftovers from a trike conversion and had the bags painted to match. He also has Viking pipes with Grumpy's tips.

Aaarrgh!  Of course you didn't need the broom.  I turned off the alarm and figured if we woke up in reasonable shape, we'd head over.  Well, I didn't even wake up until 10:01.  Good to know the road is in good shape though.  Glad y'all had a good ride.  Didn't Sandy ride a Valkyrie?

No he was on his wing, but Big Tom and John still have their Valk's also and they showed up on their wings. Darrell was the only one to show up on a Valkyrie. I guess Darrell wins best of show.  cooldude

I thought about riding the Valkyrie, but at those cold temps, the heated seat and grips won out.

I also thought about getting the Valkyrie out but like you the "comfort" package won out.

Here is the obligatory food picture. Those soft Tacos were tasty...
