At 86 years old she has announced she is cancer free. That includes her latest battle with pancreatic cancer which I thought was always terminal but this is her second successful treatment for pancreatic cancer along with previous lung cancer and colon cancer. I hope she donates her body to science when she is done with it, there must be some special genes in there somewhere.

It is indeed "hope springs eternal". Wouldn't it be foolish for hope to live on after it's been squashed? One who predicts and guarantees only damages his own credibility after that guaranteed prediction has failed. I think you're smarter than to guarantee. Some aren't. She should have retired years ago (5?). |

nobody is cancer free, we all have cancer cells per definition. They are a part of normal human body operations.
A healthy immune system gets rid of them every day during the normal operations of the body.
