Giving serious thought about attending. Won't be riding but still sounds like a badly needed break.

I've wanted to attend one of these since they've been posting bout it. BUT it are a stretch from here in Southern Missouri.  Lips Sealed Before my breathing issues really hit home would have been a Very nice Very doable ride. RIDE SAFE.

We will be there. Do not believe it will be on the Valk. Bon is not a cold weather rider.

TheDon and Barbo are home, safe and sound.  It was a great weekend!  There were 23 that stayed at the motel.  The motel placed us all in the same area on the 2nd floor.
We had 9 axe throwers (no injuries, we left with all our body parts still attached) and had the best cheering squad.
There were 32 for supper on Saturday at Monk's.
7 states were represented: MN, NE, IL, IN KS, MO & WI.
Don and I appreciate everyone who made the journey for the Winter-break get together and look forward to seeing you all again.

Thank you TheDon & Barbo for putting this together. Had a great time with a bunch of great people. Didn't participate in the axe throwing but it was fun to watch, especially with Barbo hitting the head target very consistently. Shocked

Dang....you took those pics about the time I headed for the men's room. I had a good time, met up with some old friends and made some new ones. I was surprised to see Willow(Carl) show up, spent some pleasant time chatting about whatever came to mind. Got home today about 1:30 after brunch at Cracker Barrel with Ross(da Prez) & Bonnie. I'll never figure out how a GPS works I guess. Going down it gave me a very nice route, very direct. Coming back....not so much. Go figure.

Also picked up the recoated (ceramic) headers that Ross picked up for me. He had taken them back to Illinois when he and Dennis came for a visit a few weeks ago, then dropped them off at a nearby facility. As soon as the weather gets above absolute zero up here I'll be able to mount the new to me Viking pipes and finish the cooking process for the headers by running the bike for an hour or so.

Lookes like fun. Sorry we missed it. Twila and I couldn't make it this year. She is working mandatory overtime. Maybe next year.

John you're gonna love the sound of those Viking pipes. I got one of the last sets they made. Awesome sound.
