With temps in the lower 40's,we decided to start the bbq'ing season on Feb 1st....
As always, it requires 4 cold beers to get the flame and hot coals just right !!!
Fresh scallops and gigantic shrimp were on the menu....
Lightly coated with an Asian bbq sauce and a honey chili glaze dry rub...
5 minutes each side and it was Grub-o'Clock.....

If I told you that Laurel kept me awake all night, I'd be lying to you Ron !!!
My sleep / lack of sleep has been erratic for a few months now....not really sure why.
If you think I look tired in that pic, it's a good thing you didn't see me after the 4th double IPA !!

It was really delicious Tony....Laurel sauteed some green & red peppers along with garlic & ginger
on the stove with sesame oil. I brought the seafood in and combined it in the skillet and let it
simmer for a while.
We added some angel hair and a little more sesame oil, stirred and served.
Was a very enjoyable afternoon tending the fire and having a few cold brews.

" white screen ?? "  It is a cooking rack Dan, it allows the flame to do it's thing on the food it's grilling.
Very inexpensive and disposable.....
