an easy way to attach the snow plow and tire chains?? We had our first major snow fall last night and attaching the plow and tire chains is a son of a gun.. That plow just doesn't like to be fastened to those forks and the chains scratch the rear wheel.. Trying to get to the diner this morning, the plow kept trying to dig-in on the turns and those darn chains try to shake your dentures loose.. Its a whole new set of riding skills to get used to every winter..

Chains no workie here today.

We got 10 to 18", depending on who is measuring it.

I have a 5' snowdrift in front of my garage.

Don't even know if my blower will push through it yet.

As soon as the snow plow goes down the street I'll go do my driveways and sidewalk..........

Currently we are under blizzard conditions.

Wind chill is -19 right now, winds are gusting up to 35 right now and projected to hit 50+ after lunch............

December came in like a pi$$ed off Mother Nature..........

People are more passionately opposed to wearing fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than bikers.

Oh yeah, I remember those days.  I grew up on a farm in n.e. Iowa and as much as I miss the people and familiar surroundings back home, the weather there pretty much sucks compared to where I live and work now.

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

That is another reason a CT works better then a MT!  crazy2

I bought a old simplicity for $100 that I got running. Put some meaty tires and a plow on it and its fun to plow. Takes me a little over 2 hrs to plow the drive but worth it since Kits truck is only 2wd.
