Well, we were finally able to get the little Toro out and started.

Wife is trying to get a path from the front door to the back garage for me to use to get to the big tractor.

18" of dis white sunshine day say we got.........

The wind sure if raising 4377 with the light stuff.........   BIG FIRKIN drifts.

Haven't seen drifts this big since I left California........

Hope my O2 doesn't freeze up while out  there.........

Later.

PS;   Anyone who wants to help, come on by, but be forewarned, they have not plowed our little area out since last night and after they pulled them was when we got the most-es of the snow.

Semper fi brothers and sisters, we just improvise...... Evil coolsmiley tickedoff 2funny

Hey, RJ, the news has some impressive pics of your area.  If you have food, water and heat, just hunker down and rest until that snow melts.   Wink

(I know that's wasted advice, because RJ can't sit still.   angel  Evil  angel )

My youngest daughter was just down for a visit from Green Bay, got back the day before it hit up there. I have a picture of her with a blower in their driveway, her daughter's car is a big lump, totally covered. It appears the bank she's going through with the blower is roughly two foot. Down here she was in shorts, the picture shows her in full artic gear.

No thanks, did enough of that while stationed at Loring AFB, Maine back in the late 50's and early 60's. That place was hell on earth in winter, if we only had 100" of snow it was a lean year, and temps in the -40's was not unusual.

I love NC!

If it does snow, we just have to sit and snuggle for a day and then the snow will go away.
Not bad at all.

This is about as much snow as we ever get. These are last year.

Just enough to be fun, but not enough to be annoying.

Nothing like throwing snow balls at the wife and her new camera!

The official total in Green Bay was something like 16+ inches but in a relatively wind free area of my patio, I measured 22.5".  Combine that with the wind and the fact that the Road Warriors (i.e. Plow Drivers) packed my drive way shut three times yesterday, I just said to heck with it and went inside to watch it snow.  Shocked

I just now got my drive entrance cleared out for the 5th time.

If it no snow anymore, I is in good shape,

I mean it made this old girl hunker down and take 2 bites to get through.

Our water typically runs off when it hits the ground...glad I don't have to push it! Cheesy
