Dennis, I don't believe President Obama has officially endorsed Mike Bloomberg.  Those clips in Bloomberg's commercials, I believe, are from a few years ago when Barrack Obama was the sitting president.

Carl I will admit I'm Not sure of the time frame involved here. But should they be from that long ago wouldn't obama need too officially give his okey dokey for the use of the footage involved? Like I stated-not sure BUT on the other hand I Know what I observed. And being as both of em are professed deez-well there ya go. RIDE SAFE.

My thought was that Bloomberg found all of those clips with him and Obama together, and put them into the ads he is running now. Don't know about the needing permission part - but I imagine enough money would buy permission.

But it would seem that if Obama didn't consent to their use, it would be a big political risk if Bloomberg ran them in his ad and Obama called BS on it.
