lets see, no mention of teachers name or picture? Its not a non-minority person.
does the teacher know that there isn't a country called Hispanic? its a made up word by the nixon admin for the IRS. 
since there is not a country called hispanic there is no case against him/her or one of there 1001 sexes.
still poor reflection on the education and degree given to the teacher who is further the false information to students.

         The teacher might could have handled it a bit better. Maybe splain the Why of standing for Our National Anthem. I've had quite enough of pro athlete "adults" ignoring the National Anthem much less letting students do the same. There was a time in the not too distant past that I've uttered the words-America love it or leave it. I neither regret saying it and I still feel the same way. And I also realize and know the Constitution grants them the right to protest. But I also feel it is a slap in the face to those who have given all to defend those very freedoms. Tough nut that. RIDE SAFE.

I like the comment about asking if her legs were broken unable to stand?

My dad being very old school way of thinking/acting,  after 30+ years working in a GM factory,  told a huge black lady if she cannot do her job go back to the kitchen where she belongs.  That got him into big trouble in the 1980s before retirement since even though it was true she could not keep up working on the line having to shut down the line to make up for her slacking,  he cannot say that ever about the kitchen comment.    After over 1 hour discussing her slowness and inability to work productively,  his bosses let him go back to work.  Dad turned around and told them thanks for the 1 hour break.   

You say anything like that now,  is probably immediate termination.
