If the weather is good this Saturday, me and Bruce (DDT) will be riding some back roads out of Brooksville and wind up at Hungry Harrys in Land O Lakes for some good swine. Maybe meet up at the dumpster at 9:30 KSU 10:30

I'm starting to drool here... Sounds like I'm definitely going to need my nap chair in order to make it back home safely this time!!! Weather looks good... to this rider anyway. Cool to be sure, but dry and... you know... The payoff will be with the tire-kicking and fine swine, though.. always a highlight! Of course, back roads there and back will be a feature... and a nice leisurely nap on the return... Hard to beat something like that! Thanks, Nick! You do know how to lure folks out!!!

Beyond drooling... slobbering uncontrollably now! Dang, Jack, I appreciate your thoughtfulness in posting that link, and I do not hold you responsible for my condition... I did, however, scroll through the pics of their offerings... and... Yep, a self-inflicted wound for sure! Anyway, if any of y'all are the least bit squeamish, I won't complain if y'all want me to eat outside or at least at a different table... I will understand! Really looking forward to this... more so now that I've visited the website!!!

Bert, Hope so, amigo! Always fun to have you present.. your smile is infectious, your comments interesting... and... well, you know. If you'd like to hook-up, I'd find that downright agreeable. I may be too much of an 'easy rider' for you, though... just saying... Anyway, I'll likely go KSU between 7:30 and 8am... for the 9:30 meet-up at the dumpster... And, at the moment I'm thinking a straight shot down I-75, but I'm flexible on routes, etc... Any thoughts on this? The forecast is for 'brisk' conditions in the morning, so... you can bet the farm I'll be bundled up!!! My appetite will be advanced to the point I'll be highly motivated, so... I'm game for most options... DDT |

Well we had a Great turn out. Cold start in the AM, really never got warmer than 65 but that sun made it feel nice. Took a stroll around the backroads of Brooksville & Floral City, then to Hungry Harry's for lunch. We had (14) total if I am correct, and we got our Swine on !! |
