Who tell of their plights, and remind others to take precautions, to do what's right, and go get checked.
TO H E L L with idiots who believe their way and their experiences are the only way to do things.
Healthcare is ever changing and ever evolving. What's right today is wrong tomorrow and vice verse. Remember when eggs were bad........ no more. Read an article that demonstrated eggs are good for people with high blood pressure.
And if someone does have a difference of opinion, no need to attack or ask for credentials. You can state your opinion without the bull$hit. That skin cancer thread was informative and on point until........

I must say that I’ve had a lot of my threads locked recently and I’m not trying to make every post controversial. I guess I bring out the best or worse in people depending on your point of view.

I think it’s close to time for my next colonoscopy, my wife keeps a close eye on all the medically important dates. I did have some polyps removed last time (which was a first for me) none of which were cancerous, thanks the Lord, so I’m committed to having the procedure on a healthy schedule.

I, and my brother, had 3 polyps. Come back in 3 years. Told the Dr that my mind might not allow me to wait that long. She said come back whenever you want if you get anxious.
The P word is MUCH better than the C word.
Cancer and many other health concerns run in families. If you have a family member with something, you should be a little vigilant in protecting yourself if possible.
