Thanks, Joe. Got it now, reading the link. Still need to see if the Judge is going to throw the sentence out as he has reserved a decision on that.

With any kind of luck they'll find justice after they're locked up.

The possibility of ANYTHING other than cruel and unusual punishment resulting in a slow and miserable death just makes me sick!

That is why the system is broken and not at all effective, there is obviously not enough deterrent...  and I am sick of paying taxes to support the breeding practices of a society raising these types of thugs so that they can commit atrocities knowing that tax money will pay for the defense AND prosecution and then ,IF convicted tax payers will pay for everything including their entertainment and health care while they spend 20 yrs appealing the verdict (again on taxpayers dime) untill they die of old age or are peacefully put to sleep (nicer than euthanizing a pet,and WAY more costly ) Just because it was not the family of those making the laws that were violated.  We gotta find a faster way to kill 'em  just for starters and work towards killin alot more from there!  If we do not do this,we will soon be in a position of absolute chaos and many more will die with out any kind of system to protect the just or the unjust.  I'll bet that prediction comes true faster than global warming kills anyone at all ! tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff

Well said a guy from my hometown has been on Kentucky Death Row since 1986. Poor folks of Kentucky has fed this low-life for better than 23 years   Angry

HODGE, BENNY LEE, DOB 8-9-51, was sentenced to death June 20, 1986 in Letcher County along with Roger Epperson for the murder of Tammy Acker. The murder occurred when Hodge and two accomplices entered the home of a Fleming-Neon, Kentucky physician on the night of August 8, 1985. They choked the man unconscious, and stabbed his daughter, Tammy Acker, to death while robbing him of $1.9 million, handguns and jewelry. He was arrested in Florida on August 15, 1985. He also received a second death sentence on November 22, 1996 for the murder and robbery of Bessie and Edwin Morris in their home in Gray Hawk, Kentucky on June 16, 1985.
