One of my favorite authors has passed at 88. His character Dirk Pitt got into and out of some serious chit. And I believe he was also an avid car collector. Thanks you sir for many hours of enjoyable reading. R I P. RIDE SAFE.

He is one of mine as well...seemed to me that all his stories revolved around water....sort of hit home for me...as I love being on the water when I the chance....
Also explains why I ride in the rain....

My Dad ....Vietnam Vet recently passed..FAVORITE author Clive Cussler! Last book he received was ".Final Option" last word he said to me was " Is my book here?
