and it's motorcycle related. If this guy says he would use it, you can certainly trust it. I was certainly glad when he demontstrated his skills on this lock as it's the one I use. I had been curious how good it really was. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1D_vCWzX_RwAnd I checked my own and confirmed the bearing that was missing in his sample was in place on mine. By the way, after watching several of his videos, you probably won't trust 99% of the locks on the market.

Ditto ... Chrome, Edge, Amazon(Alexa), Twitter, Facebook, Google, Android, Apple(Siri) all sell you as the product....not treat you as the customer. BTW... Regarding locks of any kind, they depend on lazy thieves...the diligent ones know all the ways to steal your stuff. I lost the socket for the wheel locks on my car. It took 5 min. to find several solutions on YouTube. The one I chose had all my wheel locks off in the next 5min!!

He is considered one of the best lock pickers around. I trust his judgement for all things that lock. Wheel stud locks are barely even a security measure.

Wheel stud locks are barely even a security measure. Agreed, but pretty much all anti-theft/anti-intrusion devices can be defeated, some with minimal effort or know-how, others with much effort or know-how. Most of the measures I take are simply to make the criminal decide that the next house or vehicle is less trouble to burglarize or steal than mine. I think 1500 Valkyries are pretty much anti-theft devices just on their own, because a motorcycle thief would rather steal a more common motorcycle, like an HD, which has a comparatively huge market for black market resale, either whole or parts. Plus, the Valkyrie's size might deter some percentage of thieves.

I agree that the Valkyrie isn't stolen very often, but I still feel a little better having the massive Abus Granit lock on the front disc. Granted, any lock can be defeated, but I don't see a way to defeat the Abus quickly or quietly.
