Cool, everytime I see them I wonder what they are.  I've seen them out there with the transmitter too and wondered what they were reading/monitoring.

I'll admit that thought crossed my mind as well  I also wonder was tax dollars used for this ? Next time I cross Cherohala I'm going to stop for more detailed pictures . When I saw them ( the poles ) I figured it was something to record the wind but on the same hand eveytime I'm rollin' in that area I'm haulin' a$$ in that section.

Did they put up little signs in squirrel to let them know to use the crossing poles or do they have little squirrel crossing guards?
