The judge, an appointee of President Ronald Reagan, said the fact that more Clinton emails continue to dribble out from the State Department raises questions about the thoroughness of the government's earlier actions to recover Clinton's messages.

"Even years after the FBI investigation, the slow trickle of new emails has yet to be explained," Lamberth wrote. He blasted Clinton's prior answers given in response to another judge's order as "incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory, at best."

Among the questions Lamberth said Clinton still needs to answer: "How did she arrive at her belief that her private server emails would be preserved by normal State Department processes for email retention? Who told her that—if anyone—and when? Did she realize State was giving 'no records' response to FOIA requests for her emails? If so, did she suspect that she had any obligation to disclose the existence of her private server to those at State handling the FOIA requests? ... And why did she think that using a private server to conduct State Department business was permissible under the law in the first place?"

I just did a little looking, and I cannot believe this:

In March 2019, Hillary Clinton’s Arkansas law license was reinstated after 17 years of suspension.

A recent routine notice of reinstatements and suspensions by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board said Clinton was one of several lawyers reinstated by the board at a meeting March 4 after payment of a reinstatement fee. [/b]

She lost her license for failure to maintain required continuing legal education (CLE - bar requirement) (she was too busy being a NY senator at the time).  At her age now, no CLE is required.  So after 17 years with no license (and no practice, and no CLE), she doesn't need to pass the bar exam again, she's ready to represent you (in Arkansas).  

I never heard of such a thing.

My personal view of this is, if the accused was any of us, we would have long ago been found guilty of numerous violations and traitorous acts (just based on what has already been proven) but, this is a Clinton being investigated.   Even with solid, undeniable facts of her treachery, she'll most likely still walk out of any court room.

 The problem with that is Trey did the job but there was NO way the dems and the deep state would let her go down. Many  since have been convicted of less crime then she did but yet they are going to jail and she walks free. If that's not proof of a conspiracy to cover up her crimes nothing is...

The problem is she was not arrested and held in detention in Guantanamo  like those others accused of saying things or releasing information classified.

A person sometimes needs to see the ghost of christmas future BEFORE arriving in court to say they dont recall and it is perfectly legal for the executive to sanction her "being held for investigation of treason"

To break a criminal you need to impress upon them the value of someone bigger than themselbves that perhaps they can give up  After all what are the chances that Hillary would shoot herself in the back of the head twice after being out of sight for a while.  Just leak that she talked and game over

You see Hillary was not cleared of any charges in fact no charges were ever brought so she is not innocent she was just never charged. Unlike Trump that was charged, investigated, and then cleared publicly and in court. In fact that is what was stated by judge, that we will have a formal record of Hillary's answers. Part of the response of Comey was that she was grossly negligent a term that could have been used to prosecute her.
