I can assure you I DID NOT achieve 103mph. The app had a glitch and drew a straight line after I forgot to restart the app after lunch until I'd ridden a couple of miles. As it does towards the end of the route.

On the other hand on ALL 3 of my rides I posted about I got over the ton a couple times. That particular need for speed might cost me large one day. Bot on another hand I am METICULOUS about speed limits in towns and construction zones. Nudder words I Pick my spots too see those needles leaning right!  Roll Eyes RIDE SAFE.

Careful O2S... the picture is kind of a cool memento a few years later, but at the time it wasn't that much fun. Luckily he let me off from a well-deserved Excessive Speed infraction (was doing about 105), giving me a Big break with just a normal speeding ticket.

I have a CDL license. Over the years it has cost me way too much $$$ and attorney's fees to get tickets minimized.

After I retired I allowed my C D L to lapse. Guarding my C D L while I held it was PRIORITY 1. We'd go out to eat-exyl#2-and if she wouldn't drive I wouldn't even have a sip of beer. As I stated-I pick my spots to twist Phatt Ghurls tail. Yesterday on Mo. 17 S bout 14 miles from Houston Mo. I was just letting off from another ton roll on. Uphill and shedding speed. Crested the hill and met an M H P Squad. I glanced at the speedo while I waved at the L E O-speedo was showing 80 M P H and slowing but I never saw his brake lights in my rear view mirrors. And it were 55 MPH where I was. Dodged another bullet!   Roll Eyes RIDE SAFE.
