Was out on a short (100+mile) ride yesterday and I felt a vibration through both handgrips that I've never felt before. There is no vibration when at a stop light/sign only when rolling at all speeds.  No change to the vibration at any speed.  I did get new tires in late fall but I haven't felt the vibration before yesterday.  The vibration appears to go away on right hand turns but not on left hand turns.  I haven't replaced the front wheel bearings since October of '09' (about 40,000 miles ago).
1: What do you think could cause the vibration?
2: could it be something other than the front wheel bearings?

TIA for all advice  cooldude

Check to make sure your axle stuff is tight, follow the directions in the manual for remounting the wheel. Jerk in NY didn't tighten down the pinch bolts, had to rebuild the forks with Brett's tools and Shorty's help...

Could be a front wheel bearing but I doubt it.  They tend to be rock solid and the bearing that fails is rear from over torquing.

You can easily pull the front wheel and check the bearings with your fingers to feel for any bumps or grinding.

I'd check to see if perhaps you threw a wheel weight and are out of balance?

Thanks Chris
Would losing a weight on one side cause the vibration?  the vibration does feel like it goes away on right hand turns.

I'll pull the wheel and check the bearings

Could be rear wheel bearing.

I would check the left (single) rear bearing if you haven't done the double row mod.  Raise the rear wheel off the ground, grab the wheel and try to wiggle it.  If any play is felt, the bearing is going.  If that is the case, I encourage you to do the double row bearing mod.
