...
Lets see if my prediction comes true, the flu leaves in May when it warms up and doesnt come back (until maybe a few years from now)
...

So if it's going to diminish with warm weather why is it spreading in the Southern Hemisphere?

higher humidity reduces the distance it and others can travel in the air.  cold dry air causes less mucus film in the respiratory tract hence easier for viruses to invade.

Thanks, Doc.  I hope you're right.

speaking of quarantine,  how many employers are asking their employees to stay home and work from home?

My wife's employer just said is fine to work from home but not mine.   tickedoff

give me a laptop and internet connection to their network and 90% of my job can be done at home with 2 monitors keying all day.   I would gladly give up 1 grand in pay per year to not drive 70 miles per day to/from work (gas money savings alone is worth it)

Another lady who quit my cheap ass company few months ago has younger kids were in school now all schools closed for a few weeks and they are also allowing her to work from home at her new job.  I told her I would gladly adopt 1 of her kids until this virus is over so I have an excuse to work from home... 2funny

one lady 2 cubicles desk away from me went 2 weeks ago on a cruise ship came in on that Friday but went home sick then missed all of last week then came back in today still sick coughing/fever, but the company made her get tested came back negative for corona virus.   She can still have it right test results are not 100% positive right?  She was coughing pretty bad today and i said from a distance why not just stay home awhile longer until better and she being a _itch came a little closer and coughed jokingly told her NO fricking joke stay away.  I felt like _itch slapping her ass all the way back home where she belongs.     uglystupid2

Mine has...I have been working from home now for a week and a half. Originally it until the end of March. Yesterday it was extended to April 17th. Judging about what i am hearing a several contacts in DC (That I trust) look for extensions into late May.

Was wondering how the quarantine area up by Oss is working out??? Numbers of infected has multiplied since Monday this week.

Are you all seeing the same thing??

new york mayor just released 1ks of inmates due to virus.   most when they get out legally get food service jobs. Oh wait the dictator gov shut down all restaurants, so they can't get a job. their options do more crime to feed themselves.

have been out watching the foolish puppets.  most of the shelves holding sugar laden foods and drinks (sugar weakens immune system) are gone. it does seem that people don't like chunky peanut butter since it was still there but all of the rest of the peanut butter high on sugar and bad fats were gone.  extremely healthy for the lungs,  chicken and beef livers are untouched, all of the ground beef is gone.  raw garlic which kills all types of viruses are untouched.

the flu is ten times worst than this virus more have already died than from the virus.

the un-elected medical community is destroying the economy by comparing America to Italy. how foolish that people fall for this.

you misinterpreted my 1K.  That is gas savings alone for just staying at home not driving 70 miles per day back and forth to work.  Now that 30K per year is more like yearly salary and if you are willing to give up that much to NOT have to go into work you are rich my friend....
