Spring equinox occurs at 9:49 PM, Mountain Time for the Northern Hemisphere.

Ahhhhh, I can feel more daylight and warmth coming day by day; with it more dry miles to find in beautiful western Colorado.

Cheers to all those riders out there. Smiley

Hvac didn’t come for the last 24 hours! Thought about opening some windows today but rain was threatening most of the day. Tornado watches in the state but none for Richmond. I fell most of my riding coming up is going to be on the zero turn.

Yeah....43 here today but raining all day. Miserable weather, makes my old joints beg for mercy. The cold damp weather like this just goes all through me. At least I'm making headway on my one-wheel trailer, have the frame done except for the tongue. Got the hitch installed on the bike and repositioned some rear lights. Grandson is doing a beautiful job on welding the frame, he didn't want to take the $50 I gave him so far but was worth it to me....plus a little grandpa/grandson time is kinda fun. He's about to turn 22 and always gives me a hug coming & going plus an "I love you" as he departs. Made the winter a bit more tolerable for this old man.  cooldude

yah,  WI has its fair share of winter NON riding season sorry you had to endure this lovely state from Dec. 1st thru probably now near April 1st of NO cycle riding time.    If it is NOT too cold to ride (under say 38 degrees), it is raining raining raining like has been and will be most of next week.

I would say WI has AT MOST living here all my life about 3-4 months of good days of riding weather per year between rainy days (fair weather rider myself) and cold winters.  Hard to put on over 5-6K miles of riding time per year, if lucky to get that even.

Yep, some years more and some years less. I don't go looking to ride in the rain but once out there, stuff happens. I was under a rain cloud through 2 states last year (NE and IA) returning from the kids in Denver.

While I have done it I Despise leaving in the rain. Should it rain right after I depart THEN the rain is part of the ride. kaka Happens!  2funny RIDE SAFE.
