Saw this poster on the National Park Service site.  When looking at the last bit of advice in the lower right corner, I just couldn't help but think, well, what are friends for.

It looks like really good advice right down to the entry in the lower right corner.  That suggestion seems counter productive and suicidal.   Undecided

We had a different but similar thing about dive knives in special ops. You had to have one yet some frequently asked what it was for. Well it’s for protection from sharks. Then.....every time. How can this little knife protect me from a shark?  Answer. Stab your buddy and then swim like hell.

That's like the two guys in the missile silo behind a blast door that wouldn't even open with a nuke hit, with revolvers.  They were to shoot the other guy (if necessary)... but no joke.
