Needed to go deposit 2 check's from the wife's Jackson Hewitt job, and my nearest NFCU is in Leavenworth (about 30 miles from home). Temp was banging on 70 F , clear sunny skies, a little windy (hey - it's a Great Plains thing).

52° & cloudy here but still jumped on the I/S for few miles to rotate the gas in the carbs and get out of the house for a bit. I figured riding the Valk was still like quarantine so all was good.  cooldude

I hear ya!!! Banning us from riding would indeed be 'cruel and unusual punishment'! Spring has always been my favorite time of year... I like all seasons, of course, but Spring is... you know... special. Anyway, we all understand the urge you felt, the call of the road, the temptation of nice weather... all the stuff that make us such hopeless addicts! Ride and write on!!!

Since everything is closed down, riding is the one thing left for us to do.   it is isolated, two at the most together, enjoyable, and gets us out of the house.

Now if our local weather would cooperate, quit snowing, warm back up (was near 60 a week ago), I could go enjoy myself.
