Good afternoon. I have a 2001 Standard that has a Motor Trike conversion. Last fall, I had a small electrical fire caused by a cheap aftermarket alternator. I was lucky and got the fire out before too much damage was incurred. I have fixed all the damaged wiring but there are some vacuum lines near the battery box that melted and I cannot find anything about them. Does anyone know where these lines come from, where they go, or how they're connected?

Sounds like the fuel tank overflow and the drool tube. Try to locate the other ends by size .

Drool tube. I like that! i found both of those. they are intact. These are smaller lines. One has a Tee in it (a little melted, but still a Tee)

That would be the fuel tank vent line. When replacing put a tee back in.

If you have access to the Honda service manual then there are diagrams in the front of the manual showing all wiring and tubing routing.  These diagrams have helped me a time or two.

This may be a stupid question but does a vacuum line come off of the tee? If so, where does that line go?

It's the vent line from the fuel tank, to the T, then to the ground. The other end of the T is left open. The hose is the size of the vacuum line.
