Just wanted to reach out to everyone to stay safe and stay home if possible. Pretty scary stuff going on for sure. No changes for me as my back is concerned which sucks. I've canceled my doctors appointments as it's not life or death for me. I did get on my bike and rode about 30 miles yesterday. Sure did feel good to get some wind.

Take care everyone.

I'm staying safe by riding as much as possible,  the roads are comparatively empty. Bike Week was canceled,  snowbirds are returning home, stores are closed.

Sorry that your back is unchanged, but as you said, even a few miles of riding makes you feel good.

We are in Utah four wheeling with friends and keeping a social distance for two weeks. Will hook up with some friends in Johnson Valley this weekend for some more fun, with social distancing. Dave, I hope your situation will improve with time. Glad you can at least get out a bit.
