I just bought a second Valk that was damaged in a fire. P/O did a carb rebuild. Good on him. Same issue with the first one. What was the mistake? Inexperience , but they tried starting the bikes in a garage , smelled fuel , kept cranking , ignited bike , hurry and roll bike out of garage and try to extinguish.

Yes , this will be on the general board. Take bike outside , have a fire extinguisher handy.
