OK, been searching and reading and need a simple answer and pretty sure one of you guys probably has a quick link to the answer.  While I have the carbs off I want to test the air cut val yes.  Basic ally, I want to test EVERYTHING reasonable before re-installing carbs period.  Who has a quick link to procedures for testing the air cut valves?

You have to test the air cut valve under vacuum. Read post #2 on how to test them.
