Hi all,

Just changed my timing belts. Wondering if it is alright to start the bike without the cover on? Just wanted to see it working and make sure all is good after running it for a bit.

Thanks

Yes it will be fine

Just make darn sure all the markers line up. 1/2 mark and the “up” s all lines up. Turn it by the crank bolt and  check it at least twice!!!

Turned it by hand several times and everything lines up every time.
Thanks again
