It might bolt up (and might not), but whether it would act to hold the bike up satisfactorily is another matter.
The first thing you do is to look them up and see if they are the same part number. (really doubt it, but who knows?)

Looking at Partzilla, it appears that the kickstand itself is a different part number. The bolt and the nut are the same, so it will likely bolt up. The springs are different part numbers, as are the sidestand switches. Would it be workable? Maybe. The only real way to know is the old fashioned way; try it and see.

Aside from part numbers, it would be fairly helpful to stick a tape measure on each. You don't even need a kickstand if you don't mind bench pressing one up off the guards all the time.

From the Ebay ad: "Length of This stand from center of the fitting hole to the middle of the bottom of the stand it is about 26 1/2 cm."
I just went out and measured my stock sidestand. If I'm measuring the same way they are, mine is about 29 cm to the middle of the foot. I'd by wary. The Valk has quite the lean angle stock. A shorter stand would make it worse. That claw-like foot may not give the support the Valkyrie needs either. She isn't exactly light.

So, it might work pretty good, so long as your rear tire is flat. But that seems like adding a good deal of complication to your routine parking and departing.
