So I'm feeling extra special today and cant seem to figure out how to check to see if the radiator fan is working or not.  I cant seem to find any write ups either.  I'm sure that's all user error.  If some one could please help guide me here I would greatly appreciate it.  Slowly bringing my valk back from the dead.

Ground the wire at the temp switch to the frame and fan should run with key on.

Add a wire to the radiator switch (bottom left side of radiator on a interstate) and then run the wire to a switch and then to ground. You can turn the switch on when you are stuck in traffic and engine starts to overheat. Switch off fan runs normal.
