Anybody know what is going on with Ride Gear?

I placed an order almost a month a go and I received a reply thanking me for the order.  I have repeatedly tried calling them about my order and I only get put on hold for 5 minutes until a tape message says they are all busy and to call back later and then it hangs up on me.  I sent multiple emails and no response.  Does anybody know whats going on with them?  I bought from them before and it was unorganized to say the least but I hate when they do not communicate.

I bought a Tourmaster Intake jacket from them and a couple months ago. Smooth transaction and no trouble. I hope they aren't headed out of business.
