He is a New Yorker. I shouldn't say it that way. My father was a New Yorker but from western New York. We need a term to refer to the natives of the New York City environment and culture. He's right about a few points. He's wrong on many. Being enraged doesn't make one correct. His head is larger than required for its content. |

80s? as a guess first time I went to the Bronx. The guy I talked to in the warehouse office his first question was-what the f--- do you want? Had I not talked with 2 other drivers from the company I drove for my response would have been quite different. I just tossed my paperwork on his desk. Found out later from the owner of the company I drove for that whole operation was mafia. My first response could well have been my last ever.  And IF I heard correctly Vic didn't take our Lord and Saviors name in vain. RIDE SAFE. |

I have been saying the exact same thing he said, since we where asked to stay home. No payments from anyone for anything till further notice.
Things like rent wont have to be paid, if the property owner doesn't have to pay their mortgage, and no interest is charged during this time.
People who bought things, credit cards, loans, still need to be paid, but they start interest up again when the econnomy starts up again.
People like me, who are still working and everything is well, continue to pay all our bills, loans, taxes, etc.. no harm, no foul.
I'm strata Prez in our townhouses, I brought up the issue of missed strata fees with the council before the end of Mar. It turned out of 92 units, not ONE person missed their payment because of the Wuhan virus and not working.
