Met up with some friends and we took a nice ride up to lake Hemet. I did around 175 miles and my back did ok. It only really bothered me when we stopped and were standing around for a while. It kinda sucked because there wasn't' really any place to use the bathrooms or sit down and have a bit to eat. It sure felt good to get into the wind again. Hopefully things will improve more as time goes on.

Get out and ride everyone. It's great for your mental heath as well. cooldude Grin crazy2

Saw your post on FB. Good deal.  cooldude I am sure time will help things heal.

I usually ride a nice long once each week. This week I talked a dirt bike friend of mine finally into a street bike ride. We rode from Apple Valley to Crestline and stayed on the hill through Fawnskin and back home to Apple Valley. I rode my KTM 1290 and had him ride my Goldwing. He absolutely loved it.  angel Not sure if I have him hooked yet, but we shall see.
