Everytime I park it, someone looks at it and the questions start.....well almost everytime. Is that a 6 cylinder?....Really? Is it fast? How much does that thing weigh? What year is it? Is it hard to ride? It's a Honda? Man O' man....that thing is huge! What other comments or questions do y'all get?

Know what you mean! That always happens!
Last year a couple buddies and I went on an American Legion benefit ride. We pulled up to the sign-in, I got off and walked over to where my buddies parked 15-20' away to discuss our ride when I looked back and there was a few HD riders hovering around my bike.
I'd describe their looks as "in Awe"!! (and I'd say a bit of jealousy... but maybe that's just the way I saw it!)

At various poker runs and eats after a P G R Mission I have received the same questions and others. What I Really Enjoy is when a vtwinky rider gives me and The Lady permission-I under NO circumstances do this with out permission-to take his Lady out on The Valkyrie and just about every time the first thing i hear outa the Ladies mouth is to her guy-honey that M/C is so smooth and so fast we really need to buy one! Pulled into the fuel island Somewhere and the ol boy comes up starts lookin at Phatt Ghurl and says-damn a 3 cylinder M/C. And i tell him walk around to the other side cuz there's 3 more cylinders on there. Git used to it. Mines 21 years old and Still gits questions and attention. Kewl huh? RIDE SAFE.

Is that a car motor?
Wow, what a beautiful Harley. (To some, Harley is to motorcycles, as Xerox is to copiers) But that always makes me laugh.

The lady upstairs (street level) at the guitar store I rode to the other day could see my Valkyrie. It prompted her to talk about how pretty it was and tell me stories about how she used to ride and wishes she could again "but it is so dangerous"... anywho... the Valkyrie regularly prompts conversations with people, I like it ... there were guys outside sitting on a bench when I got there, they struck up a conversation with me about it too... -Mike

Mine has been filthy and bug splattered from many days on the road and at a fuel stop or a feed bag stop looks questions and Yes envy. It's GOOD to be on a Valkyrie! RIDE SAFE.

It never gets old - - except for the rare times when I'm in a rush or just don't feel like jabbering about my Valkyries!

Just last week while on a ride a BMW, HD rider approached and knew exactly what he was lookng at and said he wished he had never gotten rid of his 98 Valkyrie. He said it was a mistake. That has happpend a handful of times to me.

Since I got rid of the Valk and got a new Wing...the number of people coming up and drooling over my bike and asking questions have dropped to nothing. ....which doesn’t bother me one bit. I enjoyed the fact people appreciated the bike, but it was EVERY stop.

At a fund raiser , American bike parking only. I pulled in , got off and a twerp walked up and chainsaw mouthed about American bikes only What do you own , I asked. He pointed to a HD. That's mine. I asked , title for title I'll prove my bike is American. You loose and I'll own another HD. He backed off mumbling.

Rick Fairless (?sp) owns Strokers here in Dallas and it has very loyal Hardly crowd but it is quite amusing to pull into the back parking between his 2 buildings and give the throttle a hard whack into the rev limiter. The open header Viking exhaust with the Attic Rat package causes an instantaneous blast of never before heard of smack causing several dozens swivel heads to turn and have that what the oh god what was that and some spilled beers...until they figure out it is a valkyrie ..then the usual look off..and try not rub their neck....unfortunately I cannot leave it unattended--the little screens on the velocity stacks just drive them crazy and they have smash them flat every time I turn my back...

I've ordered up a couple nice pieces of shiny CHROME add-ons for your Wing...that'll bring those folks around again. No need to thank me... I know how much you enjoy crowds of people around your bike at rest stops, and I want you to be able to experience at least a little bit of that again

Next time. Well it will go from zero to felony in about 10-12 seconds. That's what the literature says anyway.
Me, I'd never do such a thing. (big smile )

Had a gentleman stumbled off a raised sidewalk and almost fell while staring at mine. Can't wait for this weather and virus crap to get over so I can go on my favorite BBQ/food rides and morning coffee rides.
