InZane XX Postponed...

Hello all, due to the lock-down in North Carolina, we have to postpone InZane XX. 

New dates:  July 13-17, early bird night July 12.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTELS TO CANCEL!!
We are taking care of it.

All rooms will be moved to the DoubleTree (the Hampton is not available).  The DoubleTree is a much nicer hotel, with an awesome breakfast and all day fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at the registration desk.  All our function space is also at the DoubleTree.

You will be receiving an email by end of day, 5/2/2020.  If you don't receive the email, please contact Lori at motomama.vrcc@gmail.com.

Well, not to rain on anyone's parade, but this postponement is a big help to me. I've fought a couple of ailments for the last 2 months, and now am healing up pretty good. This extra month should give me enough time to complete the healing process, just in time to go INZANE !!!!!

Is this going to stop us, since that means 25 or less gathering ?

Any updates on XX? I need to register in the next week if it's a go. Sorta waiting for some concrete decisions, and I understand that may not be possible. If not a go, I will most likely still go, just stay at different places as we travel. Thanks Terry.

We're still planning on it.  In this year's world concrete may not be possible.  We are still at the mercy of the hotel and state until the begin date.
