In profile, look and layout preferences, there is a time offset where you can adjust your local time display. You have to be logged in to see your profile options at the top of the homepage.
Remember to click change profile. You will only see your updated local time when you're logged in. The board time is two hours ahead of mine. I entered -2.00
Your posts will still show the board's time.
Mine was off, too. I just did this. It works.
