First thanks for bringing this up, but the full bill is not there yet. So we dont know the true impact of this, nor the actions that will be taken to fulfill the bills mandate.

The number of the bill is a very bad choice also. But really my friends last digits on his phone number are 6666 also and he is not satan. In truth its 3 sixes not 4 also that is the beast in Revelation.

I see no language of removing people unless you tie that to other orders that have already been signed.

Testing has not proven to be effective either with many false positives and even if you have a positive what is going to be the remedy? There is no cure, no vaccine, nothing can be done, so what would be the purpose.

I am against any increase authority given to government in regard to this illness since we already have all the necessary laws,money,donations,facilities to handle it and any other illness that comes as a branch off.

I see this as more Democrat Rat Squad overreach to extend shut-in times. The infection numbers are "very disappointing" and recovery is rapidly working in Trumps favor so "something must be done". A cough from a dry throat may be enough to give these rats the power to force their way into homes with faulty tests that show false positive results if someone has had vaccines for past corona viruses. Many doctors are banding together to say that this is all a big farce and must be stopped.

My biggest surprise and hope is the number and quality of the medical professionals and doctors that have come out against this. That is not a small action given the reprisals they could get in their profession. It goes against the indoctrination they get when they go to medical schools.

They used a sledge hammer to repair the wrist watch...Just like ALL other outbreaks, this whole disastrous event would almost be over by now if people were allowed to carry on as normal, with Ramped Up Resources and Protocols to protect the frail instead of forcing massive numbers of small businesses and mom and pop operations into foreclosure around the globe. If all the Banks were forced by government decree to take the hit instead of everyone else, this would be a different story.

Yup, I believe that the reaction was media and fear driven that caused the response that was demanded, and now it has morphed into a political football. With us the population paying with our lives in one way or lively hoods in another, and with penalties down the road also.

I did not watch the Youtube videos.  But I noted this in the preface to the action.

Now, I am not a supporter of this notion.  We did not do contact tracing during the Hong Kong Flu Pandemic in 1968 - 1969.  

But the "and for other purposes" is a phrase that allows, by law, unbridled grants and activities beyond the intended scope of the act.  Its, I suppose, a common phrase that is suppose to allow the action to also do other things that will support the intent of the act.  

But that assumes that the organization which is so empowered is one that has ethics and moral values that would prevent them from taking advantage of the acts "and other purposes".  Saddly that is not the case in today's swamp.  And while those in power today might well do the right thing, future administrations may not.
