We usually cook / grill / smoke something during the week that will have leftovers for another meal or two Tony. Last week it was smoking a brisket, and we ate that a couple different times, finishing it yesterday with breakfast.
I am planning on having a fire in the pit this afternoon, as we will be trying 3 different IPAs, and roasting corn on the cob to go with the smoked chicken.
I couldn't leave well enough alone last night with the already basted chicken, as I gave each a good shaking of Roasted Chipolte Garlic seasoning... This should add another flavoring to the party.
