I'm actually at a restaurant/bar, sitting down, ordering a beer, food, and staying here to eat it!
Lord have mercy! It's been so long.

Oddly enough the wife and I had our 1st Covid war dine in experience tonight as well. In a little restaurant/bar in a little NW Iowa Town called Everly. What really make this even more awesome you may ask? In their restroom they had one of those cloth towel roll machines kind of like this one. And I used it!

You guys are giving me hope, this Ca situation is still developing as our Gov here is being sued left and right.. Churches have banded together by the hundreds to file suit. I'd like to see massive amounts of small business just opening and make the tyrants defend in court what they're attempting to do. I agree.. God Bless Texas

Should stayed in Florida, its open, NYS is not. Keep getting calls and phone pics form our friends having dinners/drinks since the joints opened a few days after we left for NY. Florida seems to be doing it right. We are in a high density county with about 50 deaths and they are trying to become normal again. NYS is still closed and going to stay that for awhile, and, masks are mandatory. All this in a county with 60 cases and 4 deaths. Those deaths came from one nursing home, if the report is correct.

A few of our restaurants have opened at 50% capacity, alot are taking it on themselves to stay take out only for now. Passed a local watering hole on the way home that had 4 cars in the parking lot so we are slowly headed back to the way things were. A ton of cars out on the roads dont know where they are going, I think folks are just tired of sitting at home.

NYS has now come out with a 4 phase reopening. Some business' can open on the 15th. Restaurants are part of phase 3 which looks like the very end of June or sometime in July. And this in a county with now 6 covid deaths, 4 which came from one nursing home. It wouldn't surprise me if masks have to worn while eating in those newly opened restaurants.
