I think the footpeg placement set back more like my kids yamaha fjr1300 would do me in on the BMW more so than anything else.   I like the laid back sofa/lazyboy riding comfort more so than sport touring.

They seem to really really like the DCT tranny of the goldwing even saying is a MUST on the wing to get.  Not so sure about that but then again, when over 20K to purchase, why not?   

As others have said,  I think was a dumb move by Honda not to be able to store 2 full sized helmets in the top trunk.
