My guess is that in California he would be arrested, his guns confiscated and would have to spend thousands of dollars hiring a lawyer...

I thought it was great when they proposed a law while back in Phoenix that would allow you to use small caliber shot shells within city limits in the event you encountered a rat or a snake.

Let's see.... a large piece of wood or a shotgun.

I'm going with the shotgun.

But it's nice to see naked burglars wearing masks to keep everyone safe.

Was he hopefully wearing a n N95 mask ?  maybe she was shooting a small shot round at the intruders little snake.
